My mates daughter, turning 16 very soon, wants a scoot.

Any recommendations or sites I can hit to check out some? Either new or very slightly used would be good.

Any recommendations for the scoot? Type etc for handling and safety?

I know why you want that scoot…you are missing biking too much and you are going to take it into the ship to keep you busy and move around quicker around the ship…

scoot? I got a 50cc trials bike at a reasonable price too. But alot of intreast so I will be putting up on ebay in June. looking for 350+

JP... My ship is only 80m long... I could run that distance... collapse and die at the end... but I would have run!

Mr Brownstone... bike needed for April 1st (No... honest... it's her birthday on that day!) and it needs to be a twist and go scooter or something like. It's bad enough asking a 16 year old to concentrate on the road AND gears! Add the fact she's a girl!





Definately looking at new though... so any suggestions on cheap but good scoots would be welcome.

tbh there are no good scoots cos they are rubbish, :P

dont go for a aprilla or anything like that

get a speedfight? they are well known parts are cheap. But being honest drivers will be to a scooter.

Just a note: Don't buy a Aprilla Rally. I am 16 years old, male, and having trouble putting it on a kickstand.

i wouldnt let my children ride a scooter, if they did they can do it off their own backs!

scooters are not quick enough off the spot and completly lack road presence! plus everyone on 2 and 4 wheels give them the everytime!
